Yes its true, im back for a real post and hopefully will be a lot more regularly from now on
NeoBux, yes I’m still with the site. It really looks like Neobux is a PTC site that is here to stay, and with good reason, they seem to be very good at finding ways to pump their earnings back into the site. Not in a bad way necessarily, just in the form up optional upgrades, lotteries, and giving discounts for people willing to rent referrals for a longer than one month at a time. This combined with an army of very loyal (perhaps too much so) members makes them a force to be reckoned with in the PTC world.
So how have i been doing with the site lately? To be blunt badly. It all started Christmas. Not surprisingly a very low number of of referrals were clicking during the Christmas break. Normally this wouldn’t be a huge issue. But seeing as the Canadian dollar was falling at that point in time it made since for me to take out all my extra cash in my account balance and turn it into Canadian dollars to make a pretty profit on the exchange rate. This was a mistake on my part. I needed that extra money in my account to help me see through the slow time. Without it i found myself not able to keep up the monthly payments on my referrals and recycle as much as I should be.
I’m just now recovering, actually today is the day that i officially say that im done damage control and on my way back up. Although the past months have been rough they have taught me some lessons.
1) Always keep a reserve in your account balance. How much? I don’t know, but my goal is to get my reserve up to one week worth of renewing referrals plus $56 so i can recycle 100 referrals each day for a week if i deem it nessisary. Thats a pretty big reserve, but I’ve lost hundreds of referrals over the last two months because I didnt have a big enough one at Christmas, so better safe than sorry.
2) Build up quality referrals before quantity referrals. Don’t buy referrals just because you have the money. Before you get new ones make sure they ones you have are already in good shape. Its much easier to manage a smaller number of referrals, so why increase the amount you have when half of them are barely making you money or worse costing you money?
3) Be willing to roll with the punches. This goes with most things in life. Its rare anything will go exactly to plan. Be able and willing to adapt, switch strategies, and don’t give up when things get tough.
Theres my person update on NeoBux. Neobux itself it always coming out with new features/ changes to the site that i could spend a long time writing about. Im thinking about making a guide to Neobux (as well as others things) In the possibly not too distant future.
